At Proud Poppy Clothing, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a store credit or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Resolution
Select whether you would like to receive a store credit to find a new favorite piece or an exchange for a different size.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest post office.
Processing and Credit
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
